Privacy
This is a working draft, not a final policy. It describes how the platform currently behaves and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced with binding terms before launch.
What we collect
For buyers: name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally an email, collected only to fulfil an order. For sellers: contact details, business name and banking details required for payouts.
How it is stored
Buyer names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery addresses are encrypted at rest with keys scoped per store. Bank account numbers and PAN are forwarded to our payment provider and never stored — only a masked display value is kept.
Who sees it
A seller sees the delivery details of their own orders and nothing from any other seller. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it between sellers.
