Refunds and returns
This is a working draft, not a final policy. It describes how the platform currently behaves and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced with binding terms before launch.
All sales are final
Orders placed through LinkToLoot are not returnable or exchangeable. This is stated on the checkout page before payment, and again in the order confirmation.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, contact the seller first; if that does not resolve it, contact us and we will open a case.
Undelivered orders
If a parcel is returned to the seller undelivered, the payout for that order is reversed and the case is reviewed by us.
