Terms of service
This is a working draft, not a final policy. It describes how the platform currently behaves and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be replaced with binding terms before launch.
Who we are
LinkToLoot is a platform that lets independent sellers in India take payments through a shareable product link. We are not the seller of any item listed on the platform.
Seller obligations
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for despatching goods, and for the legality of what they sell. Accounts are reviewed before they can take payments and may be suspended for misuse.
Payments and platform fee
Buyer payments are collected into the platform account and released to the seller after despatch, or automatically fourteen days after payment. No commission is deducted from the seller: they receive the full price of the goods. A flat platform fee is added to the order at checkout, shown to the buyer before payment, and is payable by the buyer to the platform.
